Excellent black friday price, able to use reward moneys from buying new tv. Delivery was prompt andcpainless, same day.

This was a Christmas gift for my my elderly mother since she had bren without a microwave for several months and couldnt afford one. I went to visit her a few weeks after giving it to her to find out the microwave received was not the black/silver one i had ordered. The box shows the right color but the item itself was an greenish aqua kind of color. At this point and given the fact that she's been using it I didn't bother going thru the hassle of returning it. I was very dissapointed they shipped the wrong item

Does what it needs to do for a microwave. Good price point, I'm sure if we got a larger capacity at a higher price point would have more functions for cooking needs. Overall good price for basic, digital microwave.

This microwave is a good mid range size. It is not too big nor too small. Its also powerful but not too powerful in cooking foods.

This is the second microwave I’ve bought for myself because GE makes great microwaves. They last as long as you take care of them keep them clean and etc… Thanks Bestbuy for a great buy in a great product.

Great capacity, excellent size and the color is perfect

It's elegant look and good durable product. The control panel is easy to use.

So far so good. I have had bad luck with GE in the past but fingers crossed here. I like that the display can turn off even when the unit is receiving power. I'm using this in an RV.

I am so disappointed with this product. My previous GE microwave lasted over 10 years and was great, so I assumed a new one would be at least as good. After less than two months, the plastic over the Time Cook, Start, and Stop buttons began to bubble up and crack. GE said it’s a known problem and the engineers are working on it, but no remedy was offered. Also, the black on black keypad makes it difficult to read. I turned off the child alert warning since there aren’t any children in my house, but the door still makes a loud noise and you have to push it hard to close it. Cook power lacks a little at 950, and i’ve noticed a little sparking and smoking of the food that is directly in the center of the plate sometimes. All-in-all, I would not recommend this item.
