Works awesome, great quality, easy remove door and tray for cleaning. Shocked and amazed at how great of a microwave it is.

If there aren't any lights on, you may have some difficulty seeing what you're doing. Otherwise, its a decent product. I use it mainly to defrost and pop-corn.

Compact size with large interior for countertop

It fits my countertop nicely. I have found two problems. One is its clock. One day it suddenly did not work properly after using for some days. I had to unplug the microwave oven, and plug in again, then the clock work properly again. The second problem seems to be genenel to all SS appliances that are not fingerprint proof. Thus, it is very easy to see fingerprints all over the SS surface, making it looked a little bit dirty. It runs quietly. I like It.

I got another new one and it was fine. The price was great. I very much like the look and operation of this microwave. I was helped by a great clerk in the appliance section. On my second trip to exchange the item, I had to wait on a long line to get help. That was the only negative!
