Heats nicely and large enough to heat mid to large size casseroles efficiently. Only caveat is that my model does not offer a “Reheat” button; so you must gauge that yourself.

Second one lasted 2 years. Heavy use between 5 people. Worked great until it didn’t work at all. Would still recommend but not available to me local.

It heats great just like my old built-in. The only con is it is a little noisy. The turntable rattles while heating food.

Posted .We’d like to provide information about your microwave. Model GCST11N1WSS features a two-step child lock, to help prevent unintended use by younger family members. This feature can be deactivated if it’s not needed for your household and you prefer for the door to open more easily. You can deactivate the feature by pressing and holding the 7 key for 3 to 5 seconds or until you hear a beep. Then you would release the key, press and release the 9 key and press and release the 0 key. You’ll hear two beeps and the display will flash ‘UnLo’. You can reactivate the lock by repeating the steps. This is discussed on page 10 of the manual, which can be viewed on Best Buy’s product page for the model when you go to the ‘Features’ section and scroll to the bottom. If you ever have an issue with the microwave's functioning, we're always here to offer assistance.
