Heats food evenly, is easy to operate and has a nice stainless steel look. Size is perfect not too big or too small.

The only thing I don't like is that the door locks after you run it. You have to push the unlock button to get your food back out. This lock is likely what will break first.

This new model is a little bigger (deeper) which is nice as I can fit larger items inside. I also like that the controls are nearly the same so the learning curve was zero. What more can I say...I works as expected. I'm happy with the purchase. The price was great too. Best Buy put this on sale shortly after I purchased it, but just beyond the refund/price match period. They still honored the discount...great service Best Buy! Thank you!

Easy to set up and easy to use after downloading online cooking instructions. Not much noisier than other microwaves.

Its perfect for a family of 3-4 cooking. Enough space to accommodate regular size micro oven cooking gear. Simple yet effective.

I like it because the controls are pretty much identical so there's no learning curve and if it's as good as the last one it will hopefully last 15 years plus as well.

Thanks Best Buy was carrying a few different models in store so we could check and get one. This is an average microwave that is more than enough for daily use. In addition, war think it has a very nice sharp look. Definitely one of the most silently operation device. I like it
