I’ve only had the microwave for 3 months. VERY DISSATISFIED… Again, it’s only been 3 mos and the touch buttons look ridiculous… I can’t believe I have to go directly to GE to replace microwave.

If you haven’t already, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our factory service and repair team by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. For care and cleaning of your control panel, we would advise against abrasives or harsh chemicals, including large amounts of soap. Only wiping with a damp cloth and drying thoroughly is all that should be used on the control panel to keep it looking amazing. Don’t know if it’s Best Buys’ or FedEx fault, but I am not a happy customer.
