Perfect for countertop space. Works great and looks classy.

Bought this microwave for my grandma and she loves the stainless steel design. More importantly she loves how easy it is to use and understand.

Just to mention up front, when I received my microwave it was an open box and I purchased new. After talking to quite a few people over a couple days, come to find out all of the ge's are opened. They said that due to problems with their microwaves, they open all the boxes to check them out. So if you notice that it has been opened when you see the staples, it is due to this. Now my review: I have had previous models of GE microwaves. I have learned to accept that about at the end of 2 years the interior begins to rust out. Therefore I take out a warranty. This one is a newer model than the last one and when I cooked a potato in it, my countertop had puddles of water everywhere. I blamed it on a cool countertop, the heat and condensation. My cabinets were designed to hold a microwave inside of it. I have had no problems with this for the past 4 to 5 years of previous microwaves. I took this microwave placed it in there to cook something and it damaged the inside of the cabinet. It turned it into a sauna with steam and water and causd the wood to rise. Again never had a problem with the prior ones. I called GE to ask their customer service about it, just to see if I got a lemon. The customer service rep put me on hold and when she returned she told me that this was normal. I do not plan to purchase another GE microwave unless something changes. I called the manufacturer of another microwave talked to them about theirs and decided to purchase from them. I am returning this one.

GREAT VALUE AND SMOOTH OPERATION. PRICE WAS A FACTOR IN CHOSE BUT THIS PARTICULAR MODEL ENDED UP MEETING AND EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATION. WELL DEIGNED CONTROLS AND HANDSOME EXTERIOR OF STAINLESS AND NEUTRAL BLUE BLENDS IN WITH KITCHEN. THIS MODEL REPLACED AN EARLIER SELECTION (NOT GE) THAT HAD A DOOR LOCK THAT WAS AN ISSUE. "BEST BUY" HONORED TO THE WARRANTY ON THE DEFECTIVE MODEL AND HELP ME SELECT THIS REPLACEMENT. THAT IS WHY I SHOP AT "BEST BUY."

Prefeyct size for my small kitchen. Fits on my counter and I like that it has the 30 second button for things I need extra time on or a quick heat up. Super easy to clean

Great Microwave, however the button to open the door requires a bit of strength. Recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive microwave.

This microwave oven does all that we need it to do. Warms up leftovers and hot drinks promptly and it is very quiet when it's running. Very user friendly.

I don't really use the microphone much, but needed a replacement after my 22+ year Panasonic microwave stopped working, I had to get another for family and guests. I must the Panasonic on sale so I got this one on sale. It does what it is supposed to do. Sometimes you have to reheat more sometimes you do not. Morsels do not melt when trying to use the microwave to melt things down. It's quiet. Very nice looking. Door worsk great, I am a stickler for that. So far so good, but again, I don't use it much.
