I gave it 4 stars only because, in order to cook a potato or veggies, I have to enter a time for cooking and then watch it to make sure it is fully cooked. The more expensive microwave had a sensor that would allow automatic cooking of a potato or veggies just by pushing the potato or veggie button.

I moved down in power from my previous unit which was older model / same brand and have been happy with the choice. Unit was on sale and met my $100ish price point goal. I generally only use mw for reheating, popcorn, and blanching vegs, so this has met my needs. Attractive SS finish, good power, good price.

Works great, as expected. But the best part was, I bought it online and they were able to pick it up in California. I love that feature!

The layout of the buttons and controls are easy to find and use, and the presses are responsive and not laggy. If there is one thing I would improve about this product, it would be two things: the force required to open the microwave door and the dampening of the sound when the door closes. One needs to push the open button deep before the door will pop open, and when the door is closed, it makes a loud noise I'm not used to from my previous microwave. With that said, we're content with it because of the easy-to-use control panel and good price.
