I was looking for a new microwave under $100. in stainless steel and found this GE one at Best Buy......I love it! Kitty-approved!

This was a great buy. It heats up the food fairly well and my popcorn is amazingly popped everytime

Its a good functioning small countertop microwave. 950watts takes longer to cook

This is a great microwave durable construction, and just what a busy family needs in their kitchen . It looks more expensive then it is !

Nice product but it takes awhile for new smell to disipate

I purchased a GE Microwave from Best Buy, and after just one year of use, it has completely worn out. The base of the cooking cavity has deteriorated and come off, which is unacceptable for an appliance meant to last several years. Additionally, the turntable ring makes a loud noise, and the microwave no longer heats food properly, making it practically useless. For the price, I expected far better quality and durability. Very disappointed—definitely do not recommend buying this product!

This microwave gave me issues from the start. First, it made noises whenever the turntable spun. I went online and I saw that you have to make sure that nothing absolutely no crumb was in the way which is not normal. And here I am two years later, and the interior paint peeled. Now I have to get a new one which is recommended online whenever the interior paint peels. I did not use harsh chemicals to cause this.

Purchased year ago, randomly using still no issues

I can’t speak for it performance or longevity bc I put it on my counter top then hooked up then put it right back in the box. If this is mid-size I’d hate to see small, my husband took one look at it and said you’d be lucky to fit a sandwich in it. I shld have paid more attention to the measurements. I returned it and got another GE but the 1.6cu foot. Much happier with that one.

Good microwave except you cannot see the display. I was going to return but I placed a small lamp over it so we can see.

After less than two years of everyday single-person home use, internal white ceramic coating started to come off, exposing internal metal, making the microwave unusable. I had kind of high hopes given more than 5000 positive reviews not sure why a lot of people have positive reviews where mine did not last more than two years of everyday single person home use. This is not the cheapest microwave so very disappointed. I would surely not recommend GE microwave to anybody.

Fits under the counter, just what the wife wanted. Haven’t had any issues so far.

Cannot read the panel to select the appropriate method of cooking. What kind of a company makes a microwave that is so dark you can’t see to press what kind of cooking you need done. So so so lame. Had I known the panel was so dark I would never have bought a microwave such as this that is not human engineered for usability. Really stupid design.I’ve included a picture of the panel, as you can see only the time is lit up. Can’t see the settings at all! So LAME!

Overall decent heating. Cheaply made on outside. Plastic film covering buttons on outside started peeling less than a month after we got it and gets worse everyday.

Not the best at heating and is now making a squeaky noise anytime I use it

This is the second microwave I purchased from Best Buy. The first one had the same issue and I thought it was due to the price so I thought if I spent double the price I would get a better quality unit but turns out this one right at the 10 month mark started to chip from the inside and show signs of rust.
