    The microwave works great and it’s the perfect size for a smaller kitchen and the price was good but it showed up with a big dent on the side.

    The microwave showed up with half of the top dented and caved in, a big bulge in one side, plus the whole microwave was twisted so much that i had to put a 1/2” thick piece of wood under one corner so it would sit level on the counter top. Don’t know if it’s Best Buys’ or FedEx fault, but I am not a happy customer.

    Dissatisfied with purchase. The metal on the side of the microwave was dented and there was no damage to shipping carton or the box itself. It was sent that way.
