I used a curbside pickup service. BestBuy loads it in my truck. The product is in good shape. And it is easy to use.

Decent microwave that replaced my previous GE microwave that lasted over 20 years. Do wish that the black buttons were a lot easier to identify and that the alternate power level button was lower rather than buried in the menu. Also the trait turns fine but makes a screeching noise if you put the plastic support ring in Props to Best Buy on very quick service, my old microwave died on a Monday, I ordered this Tuesday at 11:00 p.m. and it was delivered for free early Wednesday afternoon.

Getting used to the lock after heating. Its also a noisy thing. Works though. Its important to use the suggested settings. As 4 min on a steam bag of frozen veggies will not work. However, the frozen vegi button amd weight worked well.

Seems like a nice microwave. Wish the control panel would be lite to see the numbers and items when in a less lite area.

Got this microwave for our meeting room at work. It's a great little microwave. Not big enough to get in the way, but powerful enough for everyone to have a hot meal.

Way more powerful than the one it replaced. Just wish the timed cook was the default setting. Trying to teach my elderly parents how to use it resulted in already cooked bacon turning to coal when trying to put in 55 seconds defaults to a 5 minute cook time. Otherwise I have no issues.

I enjoy the size and it dosen't take up a lot of space on the counter.
