I enjoy the size and it dosen't take up a lot of space on the counter.

Unit is a little lower power than most at 950 watts, but performs very well. The unit comes with a set of generic instructions that is not specific to the JES1145 model, so you have to go on the GE website to see the exact function of the preset assist buttons on the key pad. You can also call the 800 number to request a paper copy be mailed to you, but be very specific about the model number. They sent us the instructions for a different model on our first request.

Except and excellent value. When we lost our microwave we purchased this one and it works really well.

Great if you need a decent-size microwave, but don't have a huge amount of counter space. The controls are very intuitive and easy to use, and so far, working smoothly.

I'm glad I made this choice. I was looking for a small unit to fit in a small kitchen. It fits. Without the cheap small appliance look.

Works great. Does not make too much noise and the beeping stops as soon as you open the door. Perfect size for my kitchen.

Food cooks evenly, fits very nicely on my counter top. Provides decent inside surface area, perfect for 1 or 2 people households.

It works, but seems very 'tinny.' Door flies open. Won't last long. **Almost impossible to read the settings** since all are 'black on black' --- why not let us know how ILLEGIBLE it would be to read. Also, it took HOURS online trying to find the instructions for this model!! OBNOXIOUS!

microwave? The unit is neither very micro or wavy, but it heats my food and we all want some of that!
