    There are several things I do not like about the microwave. It’s very hard to open. I have to push really hard on the opener and grab the microwave so it doesn’t slide off the counter. Then the controls are on a black background. I have to turn on the kitchen light to see them. The controls were not very user friendly.

    It's overall good but I didn't realize it was only 950 watts when I ordered it so it takes a little longer to heat or cook items. I like the presets and the "lock" system.
