Doesn’t heat food well

Posted .We'd like to assist with the issues you're having with the microwave's heating. If you think food isn't cooking properly, we recommend ensuring the turntable is in place. For the issue with food not heating quickly, we suggest making sure the power level is set correctly for the food being cooked and there are no air obstructions around the microwave case. More tips are available in articles on our GE Appliances website titled "Microwave - Food Taking Too Long to Cook" and "Food Not Cooking Properly in Microwave"; those articles can be viewed on our website when you look up the titles and click the 'Support' tab. If you think the microwave isn't working as designed, information about the warranty is available on page 15 of the manual. The manual can be viewed on Best Buy's product page for the model when you view the 'Features' section and scroll to the bottom.

It replaced a smaller one that was so old that it didn't even have a turntable. She absolutely LOVES it! It was a major upgrade for her.

It wasn’t broken out of the like the Samsung one I exchanged it for. I knew I should have picked a GE but I wanted to try something new and regret it so went back to my first love GE microwaves. They always last and do the job right the first time. It doesn’t look as modern as the other options but it’s reliable.
