Lost one star because (1) button labels are difficult to read due to poor contrast, (2) table rotation is not synchronized to cook time and what you place at the front of the table ends up at the back, and (3) stainless steel finish shows fingerprints that are difficult to remove.

Stopped working within 6 months of purchase. Still under warranty, but GE doesn't do microwave repairs so they offered to reimburse us after we did the following: remove the serial number tag from the inside of the microwave, take a photo of it together with the receipt, email that to them and wait for a "certificate" that we then send them back to them together with a receipt for a newly purchased GE unit. So, while we're in the process of all that, we're without a microwave. Buy a cheap microwave to use in the meantime, return it to Best Buy after purchasing another GE microwave (but not from Best Buy because the price increased by $35), get it home, open the box. Microwave has a big dent in it. Now need to return that one, and so on ...

Price was great for total tech members. We considered much more expensive options but this performs well for our needs (mostly heating up leftovers) :) Great for the counters where you need to save space.
