Tenants are happy with the new unit. Serves purpose as a basic re-heat device. Only had it for a month or so but works fine.

This is a great choice, works fine. Like how vents are on back so don’t have to worry about blocking them on the top like my last one.

I would prefer to leave the door open, let the oven air out, and then shut it later. This is a minor but annoying inconvenience.

But this one is very nice. I couldn't press the buttons one time, unplugged it and re plugged it and it's fine now. This is why I gave it only 4 stars.
