What really got me flabbergasted though was the lock feature that was extremely confusing. I have another microwave I was easily able to turn off the lock on, but this one tried to hold my food captive when I was starving. It took two of us to get the microwave to stop screaming lock at me and release my food. Returned immediately, no fault of best buy.

The popcorn feature doesn't work very well, need to really monitor it when popping popcorn. otherwise, no complaints yet.

We also bought the 4 year protection, to take her through to her BS.

Otherwise, I would have kept this one. If you have stainless steel appliances then this would fit right in.

I was surprised this was much lighter and although it was 50 less watts than our last one. It seems to cook things faster than the older model.

Microwave not the greatest

It started to give trouble within months of buying it ( for example -door wouldn't open without trying several times). There are other issues as well. I am glad I tried a GE product as it had been a while..however, I do not recommend this product. I am not happy with it at all and plan to get rid of it shortly.
