Reviews I read stated that you couldn't use different power levels, only level 10. It's a whole lot quieter than my previous microwave.

Quite & powerful. Plus it matches the color of our Fridge.No issues with it & I think for the price it's hard to beat.

Thankfully, this one doesn't have those issues and sells for a great price.
