I had to return the first microwave of this model that I purchased because when running it vibrated and made rattling noises. Best Buy exchanged the microwave for a new one and it is absolutely fine. No unusual noises. Very happy with it. Nice one touch start if you want.

One minute settings will nearly cook the item. The only issue for me is the dark display panel that’s hard to see in certain lighting.
