The touch screen area gets damaged very easily. Buttons are hard to find the right spot to push. takes 3-4 times to get the number you want to work.

On the whole, it is a pretty great microwave. But… it had been “popping off” from time to time, like the breaker was being flipped. However, it was not the breaker it was the actual microwave. I would unplug and it would work again. But yesterday (6/17), it went pop and now does not work. I will be returning it to get it replaced. And yes, I always have surge protectors on my electronics, so that should not have been an issue. If I get one that works and does not do this, I will rewrite the review because on the whole I was pretty happy with it until it quit working.

Posted .We are sorry to hear your microwave is loud. We recommend making sure your turntable is seated properly and not loose and causing the noise. We recommend reviewing the manual for tips on how to use your microwave. If you are cooking for a short period of time and just reheating, you may want to press the 30 second button several times. This makes it very quick and does a great job. It is our hope the more you use the microwave the more you will like it.
