The MIcrowave worked for four months and then started making phantom noises from the rotating wheel. After sending it to the Best Buy service center, and the problem still hadn't been resolved, the store manager (Arthor) decided to replace it instead of making me deal with the manufacturer. That's old-school first-class service. I wouldn't recommend buying this microwave.

I purchased it in June 2022, kept it well maintained. I was in the middle of warming up veggies when it started to short, flash code PF, then 888. GE is processing my information to have it replaced, turn around time 6-8 weeks to replace. Yes GE is replacing it I am thankful for that, but I can't purchase a new microwave until I receive my certificate. Frustrating because my microwave didn't make it a full year.
