It did not get 5 stars due to the cheap vibrating noise it makes each time you use it. The noise does get a little better as it cooks. Its too bad because it looks great and is user friendly. I would say its not any louder than the average microwave, but it sounds cheap compared to how it looks. It cooks great and I would still recommend it.

It has adequate power and handles my microwave cooking needs very well. Unfortunately, it has a few frustrating issues. The power button is still covered by a stubborn sticker that will not peel off. It hinders the use of the most used button. I have a difficult time seeing the other buttons except in very bright direct light. Also, when the open door button is pressed, the door swings out so fast that it bounces back to bump your hand with a force that will cause you to spill your hot drink.

I love the quality and I love the price. It doesn't get better than that! Larry (Webster, TX) was my sales rep and he did an excellent job!
