Very good and prompt service within an hour. I’m very pleased. Microwave functions are very quite. However, the closing of the door is loud so no midnight sneaking snacks but super quiet when it’s operating.

The stainless finish is nice and it seems to heat more evenly. Two minor concerns... No soften/melt feature and it seems to take longer to heat things.

Adequate sized and priced stainless

And we found this size (1.1 cu ft) is the minimum for a typical baby microwave sterilization container. Stainless outside make the product appears to be solid and easy to clean. Just had the product for a month and no complain. Not sure about longevity though.

The microwave oven works fine, but it isn’t as well made in comparison to our older model. The controls are easy to use, but the plastic film over the control panel tore away just from trying to remove a yellow adhesive sticker placed directly on the panel. This sticker, in our view, should not have been placed on the control panel. It could have been placed elsewhere or a different type of adhesive could have been used so as not to tear the plastic film on the control panel. Other reviewers have mentioned this same issue, but GE has apparently not addressed it.
