It's true if you put a coffee mug in with the handle facing you, when it's done the handles are at the back; keypad doesn't light up so it's hard to read; the door opener is hard to press open...you get what you pay for.

Plus it is not too large. Very pleased.

Although she has a full kitchen, it’s a compact one. This one is not the biggest, but it accomplishes most anything you need. It’s very sleek looking with all the features you need. My daughter is thrilled with this one. You will be too!

First, it is lower wattage that first model but works ok. My mistake on not finding that out before ordering. My issues are : The button you press to open door is very hard to push. You can barely read the numbers and programmable buttons unless daylight is fully streaming in. I don’t understand why they are so dark making it so difficult to read. It works ok. Nothing special.
