I could not be more delighted with this microwave. It's just like the old one, only better. The beep is not as loud :-) and I really like the little every-60-seconds reminder beep when it's finished heating. It's very subtle, and very helpful. This model is nothing fancy, but it is just what I wanted and needed.

Is a little smaller (950) than the previous one of 1000 which was smaller than the previous one of 1100 but used about 20 years. The 1000 one got a problem with cutting off the power strip if used for maybe over 3 minutes. (got too hot).

It was my third purchase after two others with unrelated defects. This microwave is functional, doesn’t heat very fast and not very evenly. The food & drinks get cold faster than I’ve noticed from my previous microwaves. It’s a nice size and has a pleasing appearance. Overall, it is perfect for basic use and plenty of time to reheat, defrost, or cook.
