Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly. This microwave features have that my old microwave didn't have like for popcorn and dinner plate. Be careful when removing the sticker off the microwave panel. I have a small tear which could been worst if I didn't use Goof Be Gone. I wish company stop putting these unnecessary stickers on these microwaves.

If you use the timer, you must push the timer button to stop the alarm. Pushing OFF doesn't work. If you push a number first, the oven turns on at HI power, would be better if it delayed until power button is pressed. The turntable is very noisy, inspite of use of silicon spray on plastic wheels. Low power settings require very long cooking time to produce any heating. It would only take a little more sophisticated programing of electronics, except for the turntable, to improve.
