This is a big upgrade to the one I had before. I didn't even realize how bad the quality was in my old microwave until I made homemade popcorn in this microwave. This one popped almost all the kernels. The other popped very little & burned the ones that popped if i tried to cook longer.

The microwave does it’s job well but the control keypad should be either lite or in different color so you can see the buttons. I use the microwave at 6:30 AM and you can’t see the keypad if you don’t turn on an overhead light.

We got rid of our built in microwave for one to put on the counter instead. I miss the soft-close of our old microwave. This one opens and closes super easily, so it can results in a loud bang. Also, the top of it is SO scratched up. Any little things that brushes on top of it will scratch.

For some reason my other brands start making a weird noise this baby is great and if it makes a noise the protection plan covers that

For its size and price. Nothing can go wrong with this microwave

Works quite well. The only suggestion would be to provide an easier to understand instruction manual for speed defrost function.

Our first choice was a different brand which we had to return...twice! At first we thought we were going to have to return this one as well. After going online for the users manual, I was able to troubleshoot the problem and it's working great. If there is anything I dislike about this purchase, it's GE being too cheap to include the use and care manual with it.

Sometimes heats food unevenly, but overall a good value!

So far so good. Works well. Seems sturdy. Nice design.

This is one of the best mid sized microwaves that I have purchased in 15 years. It heats evenly, has a forgotten food reminder beep, the light comes on when you open the door, doesn't feel cheaply made, and doesn't sound like its going to explode when it's running = Super Quiet.

Our last microwave lasted many years. In the last few years it make a rattling noise when we used it. Bought this one on the 9th and it works perfectly. We use is to make popcorn and to warm up leftovers. It does that quite well.

This is a nice size microwave for a tabletop counter.

The microwave is awesome! Easy to use and powerful

We have a built in microwave that is less than 3 years old and is not working. The day it stopped working, I went online and reviewed my options since we can not live a day without a microwave. This GE microwave is exactly what I was searching for and the following day I purchased it. It meets our needs very well.

Excellent microwave, initially used purchased one in a different state, purchased a second one to keep another one in the house at a different location. has not failed in the last 3 years I've had the other one. don't expect this to have any problems either.
