During the stay at home our built in microwave broke so we needed something to use until we could get someone to come in to repair the broken one. This microwave is great. Easy to use and heats evenly. It will be going to work with me after our other is fixed.

Purchase of all items was very easily done. Returns and refunds very professional. Installers were competent, efficient and friendly. However your delivery service personnel and coordination was underwhelming at best. A reminder of scheduled delivery, followed by items not available ( within minute of each other. Then new schedule of delivery followed by change. When items were finally delivered no complete listing of how to operate the oven. Instructions were to open Apps. Do you sell to customers without computers? Overall, store representatives A, installers A+, Delivery service D- at best.

Great microwave. Perfect for the two of us and I love the 30 second button so you do not have to punch in the time everytime. I have not figured out why it sometimes goes clockwise and sometimes counterclockwise.

I bought the first microwave two years ago and the open button broke. Just bought the second one as we like the microwave

I was looking for a small microwave to fit on my microwave cart. This microwave is easy to use!

Replaced our four-year old Samsung that just stopped working. Will not buy anothe Samsung product. Also, the rep at Best Buy told me “those microwaves are made to last around four or five years”. I found that comment unnerving.

I purchased this for a countertop microwave and found the size to be great. After about 15-20 uses the door began to stick closed and you have to use your other hand to pull the door open.

This us amazing product from ge . It worked as expected . It has very less noise.

The micro oven runs very quietly. Appreciate the reminder buzzer that goes off if you don't remove the food item after the cooking time has ended.

I purchased the microwave in December. 1 month later, i couldn't get the Food display to clear I took it back to the store and they replaced it with the same model.

It looks nice and I like that it has stainless steel on the sides but it makes a louder sound than my previous microwave.

Looks good. Carousel starting to make a clicking noise. Waiting to see what ge wants to do.

This is a great looking microwave. Its entire shell is stainless steel. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. I got it to replace an old GE counter top microwave that id had for probly 15+ years that had finally burnt out. That said, i wish id sprung for the slightly larger, next level up GE microwave. My last oven was 1100 watts, this one is only 950, and its noticeable. I have to add 15-20 seconds of cooking time to what im used to. Not a deal breaker, but i would have gotten the next level up if id known how much of a difference it was.

Small enough for a small countertop space but doesn't seem like a compact.. Looks nice with the stainless steel and black. Lots of settings...potato, beverage etc. Continues a short reminder beep when done but door hasn't been opened yet.

The GE-1.1Cu.Ft. Microwave oven is a good working product that heats my food effectively. My only gripe would be...the touch pad is not lighted.

Nice size, good power & looks great for the price if you are looking for this size unit. I would have given it 5 stars except for the keypad which I find to have a very small contact point & hard to push. Also would have preferred a handle operated door rather than a push button one.

We bought this because of its size. It works but doesnt heat food very quickly.

I'm giving it only 3 stars because while it has a year warranty when the same model failed after 6 months, GE would not replace it. All they would do is send me a certificate for a rebate (which I have to hope I get!) for the amount of the original purchase price AFTER buying a new GE product. I bought the same model because it fits on my cabinet shelf but had to pay more for this one. Also these show every fingerprint both on the stainless and shiny black surfaces. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the flawed warranty policy
