Controls almost universal in format as typical office microwaves. 950 watts of power make it powerful enough to handle common needs. If you need a midsize counter top unit you should consider this one. I would purchase it again if the need arose.

I use it mostly to worm up food and cook vegetables. I also considered LG but this one was on sale and I decided to save $20. So far I am satisfied with it. Potato cooking time is for average size potatoes.

I have to use a flashlight to see what to press. ANNOYING as all get out. If I had know that I might have picked another oven.

When I compare the price to quality it is spot on. Wasn’t planning on buying a new micro after the other one broke but hey, popcorn and beer is always nice.

Now this is more powerful 1100W and so far I love it. Since it has more power, it takes less time to cook or heat food/drinks.

I had an older GE microwave, Which I feel was much sturdier and quieter than the new one. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. Nothing is built to last anymore!

It has several defects due to poor build quality. Most notably, the door becomes jammed constantly. It seems to have some sort of locking mechanism that gets stuck and must be pride open after each use. There is no way that this microwave will make it past the warranty., So I am returning it immediately while the return window is open with Best Buy. It also does not let you easily select more than six minutes for a cook time.

Posted .We are sorry to hear you've had these issues with the door latch. This is not what we expect to hear, and we will share this with our teams. In regard to the Express Cook Features, this model has 1-6 minutes listed. If you want to cook for 7 minutes you and either press the Time Cook and enter 700 for 7 minutes and then press start or you can select the Express Cook 6 and then press add 30 seconds twice. It is our hope this model has been exchanged for you and your new microwave is working well.
