If something says cook for 2 minutes, it will be super hot and I've learned to cook at less time than directions say.

Had it for some weeks now. Buttons are harder to push than the my previous microwave and could show up better. But, okay for our use.

The only downside is that sometimes the door will not open when pushing the button and I have to hit it multiple times.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.stopped working after not even less than two months. tried returning it at the store (looked up if it was possible to return online purchases instore and it is) but the worker was down right rude and told me that they won't accept it even when the same microwave was on display? like just say you didn't want to do your job but don't waste my time like that.... i won't be buying in best buy for a while. really disappointed in their customer service. if you're thinking about making an online purchase and wanna make a return instore, don't waste your time, you'll probably end up in the same situation as me.

Regarding your experience with Best Buy, if you'd like to share your feedback with them, their customer service can be reached at 1 (888) 237-8289. If the unit isn't coming on at all, we recommend disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the components and can often resolve an issue. Troubleshooting tips are available on page 14 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. If you aren't able to solve your situation with troubleshooting, information on taking advantage of the warranty is available on page 15. You can also send us a private message over our GE Appliances social media (such as Instagram or Facebook) with a copy of this review, your model/serial numbers and contact information. Great prodcut for the price
