I returned one because of this and the second one I received had a sticker in the same place and did the same exact thing when removed. They should place the sticker elsewhere on the microwave instead of the push screens.

I also don't like the feature of unlocking the microwave first once it stopped instead of being able to open right away. After 2 months of using it, there are no under identified issues with this product.

Posted .If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
