    I am using this item for 6 months but after 6 month, one day I saw smoke roaming inside when I was warming a dish on a microwave safe plate. The smelling is still there. I guess it is not work after a few weeks.

    Worked ok for almost 2 weeks then one day it was snap crackle & pop and stopped heating/cooking. Returned it with no issues and got a store refund.

    The microwave was not operating by January 20, 2024. We bought this machine in October 2023. Now, GE Warranty was still good, and they provided us with a certificate towards purchase of a new one. Make sure to fill out warranty information with GE when you buy product
