Never worked straight out of the box (was replacing a similar microwave; this one wouldn't heat and the top buttons wouldn't press). The Best Buy 2-week return policy is so awful that by the time we figured out it didn't work it was too late to return it. Would think twice before buying this, and if you still want it, don't get it from Best Buy.

First there was a weird burning plastic smell coming from the side of the unit, then the light wouldn’t turn on when you opened the door, then it would just beep randomly on its own. The next day, it just won’t power on at all. Maybe I just got a lemon, because it seems to have a lot of good reviews. But I can’t personally recommend this microwave, due to my experience.
