But since we ordered it on a good sale and stored it before use, we could not exchange it. Had to wait for 2 weeks until service came out, the microwave worked for the tech. But a few hours after he left it broke again. Waited 2 more weeks for tech to come out, and agree it is not working. that part was replaced, and a week later the convection oven stopped. that had to be replaced. Finally working ok

It doesn’t cook the food as quickly as our previous microwave, but will work if you are just wanting a small, basic microwave.

I believe that the sound is coming from the turntable motor. I am returning this product before it's out of it's return period and warranty period and purchasing another microwave.

I just wish it was a high watts, didn't realize that a 950 watt was so much lower than the previous microwave. Though it still works great!
