No lights behind control panel. Hard to read control panel.

It seems to be okay for now, just had to buy it as a replacement because after one year of having the last one it quit working, It should have lasted much longer than a year. So i really did not want the same kind, but that is all the company would cover. Do not recommended purchasing it at all.

Pulled too much power from the outlet and blew itself, tripped the circuit breaker. Won't turn on anywhere in the house now. Confirmed it wasn't an electrical issue in our house, another appliance (on the same circuit at the time of the trip) still works fine. GE says this is a "return to vendor" item, so if it's outside the Best Buy return period, you only get a rebate on your next GE unit purchase ... but they advise you to *NOT* buy a new one until you get the rebate certificate, and it comes about 2 weeks after you make the warranty claim. Big hassle for the cheapest model. Looks nice, though.

It started to slow down and light dimming and then come back from day 1. I’m using it twice a day for 15 sec and every time it makes loud noise and slows down sometimes light goes down too and comes back. I’m extremely unhappy but can’t return it because it’s impossible for me to put it back in the box and move it to my car. Plus it’s hard to see start and stop buttons

It works all right. Has less power than my last microwave.

A little smaller than expected and was surprised that it was only 950 watts since it came up under a search for 1100 watts but it looks good and does the job.

I don’t like that I have to press the “cook time” button before entering the numbers, I should be able to just enter the numbers like most other microwaves allow. I know it’s just one extra button, but still an indication that they didn’t think about the user experience.

I purchased this but like the other reviews, it was loud plus it make a funny noise on top of that from day one. It also didn’t heat up very good. It Looked nice but knew something was wrong with it. I decided on another brand.

I ordered this microwave as a gift for my daughter. Fedex notified me that it was on the truck to be delivered for 3 days before it was finally delivered on the 4th day. This is a problem for someone who has to rearrange schedules to be home for a delivery. The microwave looked great but worked for only 1 day before it quit. It will be returned. I usually have a good experience with Best Buy, but this time was definitely not good.

If you enjoy hard to read buttons and the sound of the space shuttle taking off, this one is for you!

Poor to fair quality. Runs loud. Sounds like motor too week to turn table. Thought may have been defective so I returned it for a new one. New one sounded the same so just got my $ back bought a different make and model

For the most part, it works as it should. It's small and cheap. However, it doesnt heat as well and food needs to be run for longer than other microwaves.

An ok microwave. Does what is supposed to do. Going to return it though. Can't deal with thy buzzing noise it makes while it's in use.

bought it in March, it's now December. The microwave is still working but you can hear grinding as the plate spins, not sure how much longer this thing will last but entirely a waste of money. I wont be buying GE products again.

Purchase for low volume of cooking. Serves its purpose.

This is a reliable mocrowave, not much more to say. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the chrome accents, but they look nice and not tacky. Would recommend!

Just after the warranty expired first the light bulb goes out. You can't replace it yourself without taking the entire back off. I was going to just deal without it, but a few weeks later it stops working. It runs for about 15 seconds, turns off, turns back on with an error code PF.

This purchase was a replacement for a preceding GE model. Measured dimensions were slightly understated. GE reduced the power from 1100 watts to 950 watts between models.
