    Wanted a different kind of microwave, sad that i couldn’t return it because it passed the two week return/exchange policy. Now it’s just sitting down at the house brand new.

    After 1 year it just starts to turns on by itself like it’s possessed .Had to unplugged it .Very dangerous if no one is at home.

    First, the delivery guy tossed it in the hallway in my building instead of delivering it to my apartment, and someone could have stolen it. Second, this microwave is extremely hard to use. Every time I push a button, whichever to heat up my food, none of the buttons work. It is impossible ti use this item. Horrible!

    We had this for maybe 2 days, it knocked over cups and bowls and made mess after mess. It does not rotate smoothly at all, we packed it up and returned it.

    broke after 3 years so I'm on my second microwave

    It broke after about three years. I wish I had kept my old original microwave but I gave it away after buying this nice looking stainless steel model. And after it broke I bought the same model again because Best Buy had an open box at a good price. Time will tell if the second one lasts . . .

    Just cut off

    Its been 14 months since i bought this microwave and today it just stopped working. I was warming up my son pancakes and it just cut off then i smelled something burning. I at least thought i would get 3-5 years.

    Good for coffee reheat

    Using this microwave a few months already and notice it's great to reheat coffee or frozen food. But if reheating multiple frozen entrees then by the third plate the micro doesn't heat the food properly leaving cold spots.

    when we took the microwave out of the box it would not it tripped the breaker every time we turned it on, you could clearly it was damaged inside but no damage to the outside or the box, returned for refund

    Worst microwave I have ever used

    Paid so much but after 2.5 years of use, the microwave started acting fuzzy - it will not stop after pressing stop button, the ceiling of the microwave started corroding and black particles started falling on food. GE should start making their products up to their standard. Will not buy GE again.
