    I didn't have the possibility to use the product for a duration of 4 months. The microwave went bad. No power to the unit.

    Trashed March 2021 purchase, ordered new.

    Interior light burned out within 3 months of purchase/delivery. Still used the microwave until it became very noisy and now have trashed it. I ordered a new one different brand from you in late October.

    This is a replacement for my first ge microwave that shorted out after getting red hot on the top. It did not shut off and kept going until it was to hot to function. It was 10 months old!

    Lasted a little over a year, minimal use by 2 adults, then just stopped working. It was a decent microwave up till then. Bummer.

    I hate it. It heats up to hot no matter what its on. Oh and it hasn’t even been 30 days and i cant take it back. Im very upset

    I had geek come to my home to set up printer last year. I can not get it to work. Geek will not come back to fix it. Do I have to unhook my entire system and haul it in to the show room????

    Microwave stopped working after 5 days of use. Specifically, the light will turn on, the drum.will rotate, but no heat. Returned item.and bought a samsung microwave that seems to have no issues, whatsoever.

    This item was STILL too large, AND yes, we looked at the measurements. However, because Best Buy didn’t account for the feet on the microwave, we ended up purchasing the wrong item. It says we can’t return it, but we beg to differ due to their poor description.
