    So far so Good had to purchase a warranty plan because this is the third microwave I have had to purchase within six months from Best Buy and they will not take any returns or swap it out

    not very impressed, we had it installed, and less than a week later the microwave stopped working. But since we ordered it on a good sale and stored it before use, we could not exchange it. Had to wait for 2 weeks until service came out, the microwave worked for the tech. But a few hours after he left it broke again. Waited 2 more weeks for tech to come out, and agree it is not working. that part was replaced, and a week later the convection oven stopped. that had to be replaced. Finally working ok

    The door opens and closes so hard and loud. I hate the fact that when the microwave is unplugged and plugged back you have to open the door and close again the use timer.
