    I am using this item for 6 months but after 6 month, one day I saw smoke roaming inside when I was warming a dish on a microwave safe plate. The smelling is still there. I guess it is not work after a few weeks.

    The door opens and closes so hard and loud. I hate the fact that when the microwave is unplugged and plugged back you have to open the door and close again the use timer.
