But since we ordered it on a good sale and stored it before use, we could not exchange it. Had to wait for 2 weeks until service came out, the microwave worked for the tech. But a few hours after he left it broke again. Waited 2 more weeks for tech to come out, and agree it is not working. that part was replaced, and a week later the convection oven stopped. that had to be replaced. Finally working ok
