Returned it and reordered it, hopefully this one will be a good one, without any dents on it. We’ll see, then maybe I’ll change my ratings.

Posted .Hi - Thank you for taking the time to post a review on your GE microwave. Based on your description there may be an issue with the unit. We would recommend reviewing Page 15 of the Owner's Manual for details regarding your warranty if the unit is less than one year old. You also mentioned the unit makes these bumping sounds when you're running a "test". Please do not run the microwave empty under any circumstances as that could cause even greater issues. If you want to "test" the unit, be sure to place a microwave safe cup of water inside the unit while doing so. We wish you all the best! Vikki@GEA

Only 1 month, the number pad on the machine is already half way destroyed
