But it is noisy, leaves a lot of smoke inside the unit after a minute or two of cooking, and is generally something i would not buy again. Also, the buttons are so dark against the black background that i struggle to punch the right one. And you have to open the micro door to close it and add another minute to cook. Buy another brand/model.

Within 4 months the paint started peeling off from the inside. I spoke to GE Customer Care and they provided me with a goodwill certificate to replace the microwave. I bought the same model again and the paint had started peeling off again within 6 months. I would not recommend this microwave to anyone.
