Upon attempting to reheat my lunch, I heard a loud crash and unplugged the unit. I realize later the glass turning plate had broken in half. I've never had anything like that happen with a microwave before.

They opened the box, plugged it in, and it would not work. They even called the 800 service number and the representative walked them through the set up. Microwave would not work. Now I have to drive 100 miles to get the microwave, return it for another one, drive another 100 miles and give the new one to my parents...and hope it works.
