One day aster using it and taking the heated up plate out it kept on turning on by itself. I finally had to unplug it and returned it the next day for another brand/model.

Also i called to be able to exchange it and said i couldn’t no more. Which was shocking because that shouldn’t be an issue if the appliance has a defect or something but in this case am stuck with it and i wouldn’t recommend.

So when I bought this one, I figured it would, at the least, be as good as the old one. Unfortunately, it's not. Door doesn't open easily, timing for cooking is too complicated, just generally not a good product.

When pressing in areas off center and further from center, the door latch is more difficult to operate. This is normal operation for the microwave. Noisy & poor quality

After about 8 months the turn table started making a rattling & clucking noise occasionally. We are now at 10 months and it’s constant.

It sounds like a fore alarm and it beeps about every 15 seconds until you remove your food from the microwave. There is unfortunately no volume or mute option on this model. If you are sensitive to noise, I would highly discourage this. There are other brans that have a mute function on thier machines for less money and work even better.
