Why did I buy the same model again? Other reviews were good and I thought I would take a chance for < $100. So far, so good but it's only been a month with this one. It looks great and works well - hope it lasts.

The turntable is where the noise was coming from. After two and a half months it was not heating my coffee very good at all. What once took 30 seconds now was taking 90 seconds. Best Buy would not exchange or take it back. Manager said that I was a day late for returning it.

At first we thought it was coming from the traffic noise like Semi breaking. It was that loud. Called GE for assistance, after 2 hours back & forth I decided to return it to Best Buy because GE could not get me refund nor they could fix the problem. They said they do not have part to repair. I would not suggest buying this product at all. Poor Customer Service from GE.

panel does not light up & is hard to see

I only purchased it because of the price at the time and I intend to buy an under the counter in the near future. But this is a pain

Returning, now the problem is that all Best buy stores I called are closed. And I'm not paying to ship something back that is defective, I believe the ""magnetron"" is defective or becoming defective as I've operated about 5 microwaves, and "NONE" sounded like this....

Best Buy’s policy is after 15 days no return ! Home Depot is 30 days extended to 90 days on count of the virus ! G E was no help either , they told me they don’t repair small appliances but would send me what they call a good will certificate that would take 7 To Ten days to arrive in the mail ! It would have the same value I paid for the micro wave minus any taxes and is good towards the purchase of a GE product ! I was told I had to wait for the good will certificate before I could buy a new microwave and then in 8 to 10 weeks I’d receive compensation ! Needless to say we went out that night to the Home Depot and bought a non GE brand microwave !
