Do not buy a stainless steel it always looks bad. the control panel is black & it is hard to see. this is one of GE worst microwave. I only purchased it because of the price at the time and I intend to buy an under the counter in the near future. But this is a pain

I bought this for my mother in law. She tells me it works great. She first had trouble reading the numbers, but she's 85. :)

This microwave is nothing fancy but for under $100 you can’t beat it.

I got this microwave on sale at $99. The microwave is much better than I expected. It has a lot of preset features that make the microwave easy to use. I highly recommend this MW especially if you can get it on sale.

Best product from cost perspective. Not much noise but less with features. Little difficult to use.

This microwave is very loud, the keypad and digital display on my 14 year old sharp microwave stopped working properly, so opt to buy this model, and WOOOW! this is loud, apparently I'm not the only one that thinks so, I read ALLOTT of other reviews that say the same thing. also not as attractive in person as it is in the picture. Returning, now the problem is that all Best buy stores I called are closed. And I'm not paying to ship something back that is defective, I believe the ""magnetron"" is defective or becoming defective as I've operated about 5 microwaves, and "NONE" sounded like this....

Crap quality!! Very disappointing for GE ,, save your money and buy another model or different brand

This item needs a booklet to explain what power number to use with time to cook various liquids and solid foods.

It broke after having it for 29 days ! Completely dead ! Best Buy’s policy is after 15 days no return ! Home Depot is 30 days extended to 90 days on count of the virus ! G E was no help either , they told me they don’t repair small appliances but would send me what they call a good will certificate that would take 7 To Ten days to arrive in the mail ! It would have the same value I paid for the micro wave minus any taxes and is good towards the purchase of a GE product ! I was told I had to wait for the good will certificate before I could buy a new microwave and then in 8 to 10 weeks I’d receive compensation ! Needless to say we went out that night to the Home Depot and bought a non GE brand microwave !

The door jiggles which makes one feel that micro waves can come out.

Does not seem as strong as my last, very similar, GE microwave..Black control panel difficult to see numbers in certain lights..Always has fingerprints and smears !!

Bought this during Black Friday for about $80 bucks and its working fine so far. Nothing really to complain about

I bought this less than a year ago and the touchscreen is already breaking down.

Microwave received was damaged when received. Two major dents in stainless steel housing. Tried to contact GE and Best Buy Service to determine whether it could be replaced but not able to get someone to talk to. Due to Covid19 restrictions decided to keep the appliance since it did work and purchased it as a back up because my built in stopped working. If I could get a real contact person’s name, phone number and e-mail address I can send photos. I won’t consider ordering other appliances on line again.

Looked awesome but was underpowered it took 2 minutes to warm a cup of water.

Microwave is very loud during operation. The beep reminder to take food out after completion of cycle is a joke. The microwave is louder during operation, than the beep. The microwave has stopped working after 60 only days.
