Garbage - Failed and Warranty Service is Bad

By month 7 it went completely dead. GE service is ridiculous, the earliest service is June 5th. I'm not going to have a microwave for over a week!? What a great way to discourage people from claiming their warranty. Will not buy GE small appliances ever again.

Tried to contact GE and Best Buy Service to determine whether it could be replaced but not able to get someone to talk to. Due to Covid19 restrictions decided to keep the appliance since it did work and purchased it as a back up because my built in stopped working. If I could get a real contact person’s name, phone number and e-mail address I can send photos. I won’t consider ordering other appliances on line again.

The glass plate inside is not rotating properly and its making noice. Also, the door not opening/closing properly with press.

It is a serious decrease in Quality over the interceding six years.

With bright flaslight able to see it now, getting close enough, it appears a keypad is hidden there. Able to use day or night with a good flashlight.
