No keypad. Oh wait. With bright flaslight able to see it now, getting close enough, it appears a keypad is hidden there. Able to use day or night with a good flashlight. One star is generous for this brilliant GE contraption.

Tinny and shows finger prints on exterior. Display of numbers hard to clean.

It does work okay but not so smooth on those buttons.

This is a bad product It’s been like six weeks since I bought it and I started having trouble with it at the store one take it back that does not make sense. I recommend nobody would buy this product.

Works ok for the $. Cook panel STOP button's covering already tore? Looks old/used and I JUST got it!? My last and ONLY other microwave lasted 28 years...daily use and looked good, just quit.

The glass in the door does not let you see what is inside while it is running! The glass is way too dark. Hard to check on the status of what is cooking if you can’t see it while the door is closed! Very very poor design. I have never owned a microwave whose glass in the door was not clear so I can see the food cooking until this GE one

Works good but... 1. The controls are not lit. Very hard to see unless the room is brightly lit. 2. The beeper is very wimpy and only beeps once.

It’s a nice unit. Looks great. The unit makes weird noises while it’s in use. Not sure why b

Noisier than expected, the door is not aligned with the frame of the unit. Sometimes I try to warm up a meal with the 30 seconds timer and it shuts off maybe at 12 seconds. Would not buy it again.

It’s decent. It cooks. Sometimes the door button sticks but for the price it’s fine.

It is a microwave. It works. The buttons are slightly sensitive and I did find myself in a weird mode with no exit once, but that was likely user error. Again, simple and basic machine.

Stickers were put right on the front panel. Even with trying to remove very carefully there is a mark left. Needless to say, this makes microwave look old. Very disappointed in this.

Works well and on the quiet side. Only negative I can think of is that the script to read what to push on the right side is somewhat difficult to see. Should have been printed in bold.

Less powerful than expected. I should have returned it.

Bought this to just heat frozen sandwiches and drinks. The sandwiches turned out awful. The bread was over cooked like concrete. Kept trying different times and settings. Still the same, so I returned it and got a more powerful one. That one works great!

I bought it under a promo and it was very cheap. It works well; but it runs extra 2/3 sec after the timer is done. Food does not get heated enough for me.

Literally one day after the one year warranty expired, the microwave started smoking and the burning smell quickly permeated my entire 750 sq.ft apartment. The previous GE we had before this one was also very glitchy and would randomly turn on/start microwaving when no one was anywhere near it/no food was in it. Avoid this model/GE like the plague. They are poorly manufactured.

Nothing fancy, but seems fine for basic re-heating, defrosting, etc. A bit on the small side.

The microwave worked fine for a day. After that when it was plugged in it would turn on by itself and if I wanted to heat something up it would randomly turn off. This happened consistently for week. I decided to return it to best buy and purchase and LG. I did notice a lot of open box microwaves for sale of this exact model so I do not know if this is a wide spread issue.
