You can't replace it yourself without taking the entire back off. I was going to just deal without it, but a few weeks later it stops working. It runs for about 15 seconds, turns off, turns back on with an error code PF.

Takes forever and I’ve had lower wattage microwaves. Also you can’t use the magnetic food covers that you store on the inside of the microwave because the inside roof is not flat.

Since it is out of manufacture’s warranty, have no choice but to replace it. I would recommend not going for this one and going for a better quality one instead.

Busted Within 30 Days - Big Hassle

Won't turn on anywhere in the house now. Confirmed it wasn't an electrical issue in our house, another appliance (on the same circuit at the time of the trip) still works fine. GE says this is a "return to vendor" item, so if it's outside the Best Buy return period, you only get a rebate on your next GE unit purchase ... but they advise you to *NOT* buy a new one until you get the rebate certificate, and it comes about 2 weeks after you make the warranty claim. Big hassle for the cheapest model. Looks nice, though.

I’m using it twice a day for 15 sec and every time it makes loud noise and slows down sometimes light goes down too and comes back. I’m extremely unhappy but can’t return it because it’s impossible for me to put it back in the box and move it to my car. Plus it’s hard to see start and stop buttons

Decent microwave
