Fedex notified me that it was on the truck to be delivered for 3 days before it was finally delivered on the 4th day. This is a problem for someone who has to rearrange schedules to be home for a delivery. The microwave looked great but worked for only 1 day before it quit. It will be returned. I usually have a good experience with Best Buy, but this time was definitely not good.

It also didn’t heat up very good. It Looked nice but knew something was wrong with it. I decided on another brand.

I know it’s just one extra button, but still an indication that they didn’t think about the user experience.

Take it back, and look at the display model, door is fine on the display model. Get a second identical model and bring it home, door is loose on it as well. Taking it back. Our first applicance purchase at BestBuy, and probably our last.

Bought it 36 days ago, making grind noise

The website says we have 15 days to return. We are at 36 days and very unhappy at this point. Odd noises that just started, sounds like it is grinding and vibrating inside. My wife doesn't want to go near it.
