If you're buying this item make sure you get an extra warranty if Not its a waste of $308. I should have bought Extra warranty but we live and learn. Dont waste your money on it.

Bit if a hassle

I heat a cup of water every morning and I put it in the microwave the night before. Rather than just be able to touch the buttons to start it, I have to open and close it first. Frustrating!
