    My new microwave works very well. The only thing that I don't like is the tinny sound, when you shut or open the door. Other than that it works great.

    Bought in May 17 2021 and stop working on August 19 2021. If you're buying this item make sure you get an extra warranty if Not its a waste of $308. I should have bought Extra warranty but we live and learn. Dont waste your money on it.

    So far I have found NO WAY to start this microwave without having to open it first. I heat a cup of water every morning and I put it in the microwave the night before. Rather than just be able to touch the buttons to start it, I have to open and close it first. Frustrating!
