Unboxing did not reveal any broken parts and the microwave heated a glass of water as it should but it made weird noise while working as if some loose metal parts were touching each other. Also, the outer cover was not flush giving me a scratched finger. Apparently, poor QC. Returned the item.

Within 3 weeks, the plastic covering the numbers have started to bubble up. Incredibly disappointed in this purchase and this machine. You get what you pay for, but I still expected more longevity than this.

This does not sound like a normal noise to hear. We'd recommend checking to make sure that your unit is on a flat surface and that it has the proper air clearance around it.
