    Grinding sound from turntable.

    Just over a year old with not much use, now when the turntable spins, it makes a grinding noise. Checked everything inside, all seems good. when I put in turntable, it grinds making it useless.

    Lasted less than a month didn't want to bother taking it back in and exchanging it or anyting it was just awful but one somewhere else for about a quarter of the prices at 1 still have it 2 years later

    The keypad display does not light up making you turn on overhead lights to use the oven, totally ridiculous, If it wasn't such a hassle I would have returned it already

    Thought GE would be a good quality brand, but guess not. Barely had this microwave a month and the turn table already quit working and Best Buy only offers a 2-week return period.

    First microwave I purchase stopped working within a few days which was then replaced with a like item. 7 months later that microwave has also stopped working . I will not be purchasing anymore applicances with this brand .

    Brokedown in just few days. Glass Turntable Plate / Tray started making noise and became misaligned within few days. Warranty Team needs 15 days just to figure it out what is exact problem.

    Too noisy and seems as though it is made with lesser quality materials. This is our 4th GE model microwave and what we had in the past was not available. This was the closest thing and I wish I had searched harder or chosen a different brand.

    The microwave started making a buzzing sound that's audible even when not in use within the span of two weeks of purchase. It now seems to take longer to heat up food as well.

    I bought this unit as a replacement for another GE microwave that last 1 year before it broke. This time the new unit last only 10 days. I thought GE products were good in terms of quality and reliability, unfortunately this is not the case.

    It’s look nice. But I left a pizza in there accidentally overnight and the next day there was a colony of ants living inside. I’ve never had a microwave allow any type of bugs inside ! There walked in through the back and through the cracks between the door. Returning ASAP
